How does the configurator work?
On the Shop page, you choose your style (single or double row), bead size, natural stone(s), and wrist size. You can also add a personalised message on your stone card and select optional add-ons before checking out.
What bead size do you offer?
Currently, all bracelets are made in 8mm beads — a classic, timeless proportion.
How do I measure my wrist size?
Wrap a soft tape measure (or a strip of paper you then measure) snugly around your wrist, just below the wrist bone. The configurator adds a small comfort or tight-fit allowance on top of your raw measurement automatically.
How long does production take?
Every bracelet is handmade to order. Production takes 5–7 business days, and each piece passes a 5-point quality inspection before it ships. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times after dispatch.
Will my stones look exactly like the photos?
Your bracelet is made from genuine natural gemstones, so colour, pattern, and veining vary slightly piece to piece — that's the nature of natural material, not a flaw. Each bracelet is one of a kind.
What if my bracelet doesn't match what I ordered?
Our 30-day order accuracy guarantee has you covered: if the size, stone, style, or personalisation doesn't match what you actually configured and ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll remake it correctly or refund you.
This covers our accuracy, not whether the size fits your wrist as expected — that depends on the wrist measurement you provide, so measure carefully (see above). Not sure about your measurement? Contact us before ordering, we're happy to help.
Can I return or exchange my bracelet?

How do I care for my bracelet?
Put it on after applying lotion or perfume, avoid the shower/pool/sauna, and store it out of direct sunlight when not worn. See our Product Safety Notice for more.

Our bracelets contain small beads and are not designed or intended for young children — please see our Product Safety Notice for the full choking-hazard warning before gifting or storing a bracelet where children can reach it.
